Suwannee High School Senior
Jessica Pert
Jessica is a Suwannee high school senior and she looked absolutely stunning for her senior session! One of Jessica’s requests was a beautiful golden hour. When choosing a location I kept that in mind, we decided to do the session on my family’s property which has a gorgeous golden hour. Although I can’t promise beautiful lighting during sessions, I crossed my fingers and long behold… we had gorgeous light! I had so much fun walking around with Jessica and learning about her senior year. She definitely gets her sweetness from her momma and I’m glad that I got the chance to get to know them both.
One of the things that my seniors tend to stress about the most is the location of their portraits. I always try to tell them that we don’t need a pristine, large property to take photos at! I only need a small portion to be clean of distracting objects. My main concern is the lighting of the location. How does the light come in, is it super shaded, what’s the landscape like, are there buildings that obstruct the sun? I understand that these questions aren’t things that my clients think about, so I always ask for photos. If you have a location that is meaningful to you, perfect! Let’s go there. If you don’t have a location in mind, let me know some of your ideas and together we can find a place that meets my lighting requirements, but also gives you the vibe you’re going for. Don’t worry, it doesn’t have to be stressful! I’m here to help my clients every step of the way. Just like with Jessica’s photos, we picked the perfect place for the sun to show off it’s glory.
Jessica, thank you for choosing me to photograph your senior year! I hope the rest of the year is great, time will go by quickly.
