Senior Photos in St. Augustine
North Florida High School Senior
Lexi Lanier
Meet Lexi! This girl had me laughing all day long while taking her senior photos in St. Augustine. Though she’s full of giggles, she also has a sassy serious my face. We had so much fun taking her senior photos in St. Augustine. We chose to walk around the Lightner Museum, believe it or not I never even knew this existed until two days before Lexi’s session when I was trying to find a cool place to go. Then, we ended at the beach. Lexi’s family spends most summers in St. Augustine, so it was clear that she wanted to have her senior portraits taken there.
I actually photographed Lexi’s brother about 2-3 years ago for his senior portraits, it was so nice to get to work with their family again. We had the best time strolling the streets of St. Augustine. Lexi brought along a good friend and I can honestly say, we rarely stopped laughing. We found some awesome places to take her senior photos in St. Augustine. While strolling the streets we found an old car just parked on the street, of course we took advantage of that! To top it off, shortly after a horse and carriage came down the same street. The carriage driver was nice enough to let us use the horse for a quick prop and the horse ate it up! He posed for us, I kid you not, look at the photos! I love when unplanned things like that happen during a senior session, it really makes the session stand out.
We headed down to the beach for sunset photos, but we were still a little early. What better thing to do with our time than grab some dip-in-dots and chat? The beach was stunning as usual! We had a decent sunset, but Lexi made the most of it. Lexi, your personality shines bright, I’m so glad that you chose me to photograph your senior year. It’s meeting young ladies like this one that make me love what I do even more.
