Golden hour senior pictures
Maria, Suwannee High School Senior
We had such a good time creating Maria’s golden hour senior pictures! As with most of my seniors, Maria started off her session fairly shy. However, it only took her one outfit (and a little bit of warmer clothes) to start opening up. By the end of her session she was practically a model! I really enjoyed seeing Maria grow her confidence and start to have fun during her senior photo session. That is one of the reasons why I enjoy seniors so much. It is important for young women to have confidence, and I am thankful that I can help them with that! Not to mention, Maria’s French Bulldogs also had her grinning from ear to ear. We laughed over how silly both Lola and Nacho were (especially Nacho!). One of Maria’s favorite photos ended up being Nacho sticking his little tongue out! I am always a huge fan of including pups in senior portraits.
Maria’s golden hour senior pictures ended up being sentimental. Though Maria has not lived in Live Oak long, we decided to photograph her in downtown Live Oak and also on her family property. We captured the beautiful sunset over their family farm, included her French Bulldogs, and Maria wore a Mexican heritage dress to conclude her senior pictures. I think it is important to include valuable memories in your senior photographs. That could be the property, clothing, pets, or other items. They make the entire experience more valuable and emotional, especially when the seniors get to look back on their photos in 10 years!
Maria, I am so glad that you came across my website as I really enjoyed getting to know you and documenting your senior year. I am excited for you to have these beautiful memories to look back on in the future!
