Cap and gown photos for senior graduates are always some of my favorites. Every year I thank my seniors by offering a few days of cap and gown photos. These are short, and easy sessions, but have so much meaning! Seniors always want cute photos of them in their cap and gown to commemorate graduation day. However, it is hard to get those on the day of graduation. The photos the school provides are all the same, and do not show personality… plus it is only one pose. Also, graduation day is always hot! Several years ago, I started doing this day of cap and gown photos, and my seniors loved it! I think their parents love it even more because they get to have cap and gown photos in addition to their senior session. It is always something that I look forward to every year for my seniors.
Every year I have a great group of seniors, and this year is no exception. I have had such a great time getting to know each and every one of these graduates. This year I had seniors from Suwannee, Columbia, Santa Fe, Tallahassee, Madison, and Thomasville high schools (not all pictured). Seniors this year will be attending the University of Florida, Florida State University, University of Alabama, and other colleges. To say these students are top notch is an understatement! I am so proud of them and their accomplishments, and I know their parents are too. Congratulations to the class of 2022! My parting advice to this class is: Enjoy college. Work hard, make good grades, but don’t be scared to step out of your comfort zone. Join clubs, meet new people, and have fun! College teaches you more than academics, it teaches you about life… if you let it!
