I really enjoyed being Aislinn’s high school senior photographer. She is not only beautiful, but such a sweet soul! Her family travels to St. Augustine often for vacations, so it was a no brainer that she did her senior pictures there. Aislinn says that she is a beach bum at heart! I guess it is good that she does not live too far from the beach then. In Live Oak you can get to either coast within an hour and a half. It is one of the things that I like about being in the center of North Florida! We spent the afternoon strolling downtown St. Augustine. Despite the pandemic, it was surprisingly still pretty busy. Afterwards we ended up at my new-found secret location gem. This area had a beautiful (and quiet) beach, and a gorgeous inland area full of flowers and palm trees.

In school Aislinn is incredibly busy! She is a cheerleader, on student government, participated in homecoming, on the flag football team, and does weightlifting. Talk about a busy lady! It never ceases to amaze me the girls I have the pleasure of photographing. They are all different with many different strengths and hobbies, but they are all amazing young women. I love getting to know each of them and finding out what their hobbies and passions are. One of the things about being a high school senior photographer that is so great is getting to know these inspiring women. I always joke that their sessions are more like us hanging out and chatting for a day… there just happens to be a camera there. Aislinn’s senior portrait session ended up making the most beautiful album. Thank you for choosing me to photograph your senior year, Aislinn!
