Tallahassee Equine Photographer

Brooke & Teo

Tallahassee equine photographer specializing in sunset photos.

I have known Teo since he was a foal. I have gotten to photograph him as a Tallahassee equine photographer several times now. You can find the last session we did together here. It is crazy to see the difference between these two sessions! They are actually taken almost exactly two years apart. Teo is now nearing four years old. Time flies! I have witnessed a lot of Teo’s training. Brooke strategically picked his sire, foaled him out, and has done all of his training. Teo is quite the handsome man and wins every halter class he competes in. A few years ago I competed against Brooke and Teo on my own young horse. He has grown into a handsome gentleman. I know Brooke is proud of how far he has come and is excited to see where he will go in the future.

One thing I love about being a Tallahassee equine photographer is the scenery. The Tallahassee area is stunning! Florida is known for palm trees, but honestly North Florida is full of huge Oak trees. Tallahassee is no exception and there are beautiful Oaks on most properties I photograph horses at. There is an abundance of land in Tallahassee. Most horse farms have huge fields that are perfect for a photo session. I loved the field that we took Teo’s photos in! The tall grass was the perfect winter scenery. I am always excited to photograph horses in Tallahassee. More often than not I get the most beautiful golden hours. The sun seems to shine perfectly along the western side of Tallahassee and is great for taking photos. If you are local to the Tallahassee area, I would love to photograph you! You can find more of my equine work here.
