This horse and rider photoshoot at Gray Lily Farm has some of my favorite photos from the year in it! Brooke and Teo have been in front of my camera multiple times, so you might recognize them. I have photographed Teo since he was just a yearling, and now he is five years old. He has definitely grown into a handsome pinto Thoroughbred gelding! Teo is always the most well behaved horse for his sessions. Believe it or not, all of the field photos had a herd of horses also in the field. Teo did not mind a bit, and was still happy to pose for us… which I am thankful for because you cannot beat the lighting that we had! The golden rays shining through the trees is something that requires the perfect location for, and I am glad that we persisted through 100 degrees to wait for the sunset.
